Directory of services offered by community organizations

The Ministère funds about a hundred community organizations to assist newcomers in their integration process in Québec.

These partners across Québec offer various services to immigrants free of charge:

  • Reception;
  • Personalized support;
  • Integration assistance;
  • Training sessions on adapting to the Québec workplace and on the democratic values and the Québec values as expressed in the Charter of human rights and freedoms;
  • Adapted French courses.
  • Support for specific clienteles.


The clienteles who receive these services are:

  • Permanent residents under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (S. C., 2001, c. 27)
  • Holders of a temporary resident permit issued under Section 24 of the Act, with a view to the possible granting of permanent residence.
  • Persons who have been granted asylum under Section 95 of the Act1
  • Persons authorized to apply for permanent residence while in Québec
