Application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec and supporting documents to be provided – Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ - Québec experience program)

The application for permanent selection is the first step in obtaining permanent residence in Québec.

To apply for permanent selection as a Québec graduate under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ – Québec Experience Program), your must complete the Demande de sélection permanente – Programme de l'expérience québécoise (PEQ) – Diplômé du Québec A-0520-GF (in French only - PDF, 401 kB).

To apply as a temporary foreign worker, you must complete the Demande de sélection permanente – Programme de l'expérience québécoise (PEQ) – Travailleur étranger temporaire A-0520-IF (in French only - PDF, 401 kB).

 

You must:

  • Complete a single application for permanent selection for you and the members of your family included in your application
  • Complete parts 1 and 2 by referring to the general information at the beginning of the application
  • Gather all necessary documents in the required format (original, certified copy or photocopy)
  • Consult, when specified, the List of authorities recognized for certifying documents
  • Place the payment of required fees and all your documents and supporting documents in the order indicated in Part 2 of the application
  • Keep a photocopy of all documents you submit
  • Date and sign all forms and declarations you submit



Important

Your application must be complete, that is, it must include parts 1 and 2 of the application form duly completed and signed, any other forms duly completed and signed and all documents requested in the required format (original, certified copy or photocopy); otherwise your application will be rejected.

Do not send original documents unless indicated otherwise, since the documents submitted will not be returned.


Downloading, printing and saving forms

  • To view or print PDF files, you must download Adobe Reader (version 6.0 or higher), which is available free of charge on the Adobe website.

    Forms marked “dynamic” can be completed directly on screen. You must then print, sign and mail them.

    You can save dynamic PDF forms using Acrobat Reader (version 6.0 or higher) and a minimal version of Windows XP. To save them, click on “Save” on the Acrobat Reader toolbar.
