Update to the Ministère's Client Service Statement

The Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration has updated its Client Service Statement.

Since its adoption in 2001, the Ministère's Client Service Statement has been amended several times. The development of our service offering, the reform of immigration programs, as well as the adoption of the new 2019-2023 Strategic Plan in a context of an increasingly digital service delivery required an update of several commitments.
