Investor program: Suspension of application intakes extended to April 1, 2023

As part of the reform undertaken by the Government of Quebec to modernize the immigration system, the Ministère announces that it will extend the suspension of application intakes submitted under the Investor program to April 1, 2023.

This period of time will allow the Ministère to finalize the revision work under way allowing it to implement an updated program that better corresponds to the government's objectives in terms of the integration and francization of immigrants.

Applications for permanent selection awaiting review will continue to be processed during this suspension period.
