New changes to the Regulation Respecting Immigration to Québec regarding the Programme de l’expérience québécoise

Effective November 14, 2019, the selection conditions of the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ – Québec experience program) which had prevailed before November 1, 2019 are re-established.

Holders of diplomas, sanctioning between 900 and 1,799 hours of training (inclusive), who submitted an application between November 1 and November 13, 2019 will have their applications examined and decided upon under the selection conditions that prevailed on November 1, 2019.

All other PEQ applicants who submitted an application during this period will have their applications reviewed and decided upon under the conditions that prevailed before November 1, 2019.
