Suspension of removals lifted for Burundi, Rwanda and Liberia

Minister Yolande James announces that joint measures with the federal government are available for foreign nationals

Following the federal government’s announcement that the suspension of removals for Burundi, Rwanda and Liberia has been lifted and since the people concerned have lived in Canada for many years, the Minister of Immigration and Cultural Communities, Yolande James, announced that specific measures are available for them.
