Using the services of an immigration intermediary - Foreign students and Temporary workers

All applications for acceptance certificates submitted to the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles (MICC) are processed according to the same criteria. For your application to be accepted, it must satisfy the Gouvernement du Québec’s requirements. No priority or special consideration is given to the file of an applicant who uses the services of an immigration intermediary.
