Country where you legally reside

  • The country where you legally reside other than as a visitor (tourist) or asylum seeker.
  • You must have been legally admitted to this country for a period of at least one year.
  • You must be residing in this country at the time of receipt by the immigration office concerned of your application for a selection certificate or your application for a certificate of acceptance.
