Are the services offered on the Arrima platform accessible on a tablet or smartphone?

Arrima is a platform that can be accessed by other devices (cell phone, personal computer and tablet). However, it is strongly recommended that personal computers be used to facilitate the user experience, particular when filling out forms and submitting documents.

What are the supported browsers and operating systems?

To access Arrima, we recommend that you use a computer or tablet with the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox (version 60 and later)
  • Google Chrome (version 68 and later)

We also recommend that you use one of the following operating systems:

  • Windows (version 8.1 and later)
  • Mac OS (version 10.2.4 and later)
  • iOS (version 11 and later)

What is the maximum period of inactivity per session?

As a security measure, your session in Arrima is interrupted after 60 minutes of inactivity.

I forgot my identification e-mail address. What should I do?

You have to create a new profile.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

You can reset your password with your identification e-mail address by clicking on “Vous avez oublié votre mot de passe?” in the authentication page. You will receive a verification code by e-mail and you will be able to create a new password.
