To apply for permanent selection in Québec, you must receive an invitation from the Ministère after submitting an expression of interest.

Therefore, since August 2, 2018, those interested in immigrating to Québec under the Regular Skilled Worker Program must first submit a statement of interest form on the Arrima portal.

Important informations

• It is recommended to use a personal computer to access your application for permanent selection. The online form does not allow navigation on a tablet or cell phone.
• We have set up a virtual waiting room in order to allow you to keep your place in line during high traffic periods. If you wish to access your application for permanent selection, you will automatically be directed to the virtual waiting room.
