Request for administrative review

You may submit a request for administrative review if the result of your selection application is negative – the assessment shows that you do not satisfy the selection criteria – and one of the following situations applies to you:

  • an obvious mistake of law or fact, or a clerical error, led to a negative rather than a positive decision;
  • facts which were true at the time the decision was rendered, but which were not demonstrated then, are presented.

You must then justify and support your request for a review with original documents that you have not already submitted, if applicable. The request for a review must be filed within 90 days following notification of the negative decision.
