Steps to be taken by your employer – Agricultural workers under the Stream for Lower-skilled Occupations – Agricultural Sector

The employer who is ready to hire you must complete the following steps:

 

Note: For more information on the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), refer to the section addressed to employers for the recruitment of agricultural workers – Stream for Lower-skilled Occupations Agricultural Sector (in French).


If your employer’s job offer is accepted (positive or neutral Labour Market Impact Assessment), the employer will send you two copies of your CAQ as well as a confirmation letter from Service Canada and the Ministère. You will need all of these documents to apply for a work permit.
