Fees and payment methods – Investors

IMPORTANT

The application must include the duly completed and signed application for permanent selection form, all required documents and payment of the required fees (in Canadian currency only), otherwise it will be returned to the applicant without being processed.

Fees

The required fees charged by the Québec government for processing immigration applications submitted under the Investor Program are indicated below.

*The fee payable for an application submitted under the Investor Program covers the entire file of the principal applicant and includes accompanying family members.

The fee must be paid in full, in Canadian currency only, by you or a third party when the application is submitted. This fee is not refundable, even if your application is denied.

Fees charged by the Government of Canada

Payment methods

Only the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Canada Post money order;
  • bank draft drawn on a Canadian bank.

 

ATTENTION! Bank drafts must be made payable to the Minister of Finance of Québec and must be sent by courier with your application package to Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration.

BY MAIL: In the same envelope, enclose the duly completed and signed form, all the documents required according to your situation (appendices, declarations, etc.), as well as payment of the required fees, and send it by courier to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration office in Montréal.
