Model work contract for low-skilled occupations (Levels C and D)
This legal document must be used to establish the terms of the work contract at the time of hiring a low-skilled worker. It is part of the Pilot project on occupations that require a limited level of training.

See the steps to follow to hire:
- A low-skilled worker (in French), other than a farm worker
- A farm worker falling under the Pilot project on occupations requiring a limited level of training (levels C and D of the NOC) – Agriculture stream (in French)
- A farm worker falling under the Pilot project on occupations requiring a limited level of training (levels C and D of the NOC) – Regular stream (in French)

Downloading, printing and saving forms
- To view or print PDF files, you must download the Adobe Reader program (version 6.0 or higher) available for free on the Adobe website.
- You can complete on line the forms marked "dynamic." Print, sign and forward them by mail.
- It is possible to save the dynamic PDF form using Acrobat Reader (version 6.0 or higher) and a minimal version of Windows XP. To save, click on the "Save" button on the Acrobat Reader toolbar.
