Regulated vocational qualifications

In order to ensure the security of workers and the public, certain vocational qualifications are regulated. Therefore, the law stipulates that workers must hold the necessary certificates of qualification in order to perform certain regulated tasks, and that employers must ensure that employees hold the certificates set out in the regulations.
