What is online consultation of a file?

Online consultation of a file is a secured application that, once your application for admission has been sent, allows you to:

• find out about the present or past progress of your application for admission;
• immediately download any correspondence addressed to you and avoid postal delays between the you and the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles;
• update certain personal information and change your password.
  
  

To access this application, click on Consult my file in the section Online application for admission to a full-time French course. You must then identify yourself with the personal user code and password you chose when creating your online consultation profile.

If you wish, you will be prompted by e-mail to consult your file when new information is posted. All you have to do is accept this method of communication when completing your application for admission.

You may consult your online file at any time to track its progress.
