Technical specifications

What technical specifications are required to use the Online appointment scheduling service application?

You browser must be configured to:

  • use JavaScript language functions;
  • accept cookies;
  • authorize pop-ups for the address www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca.

The recognized browsers and versions are:

  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer (128 bits) version 6.0 or 7.0 for Microsoft® Windows® XP or Vista;

  • Mozilla Firefox (128 bits) version 2.0 for Microsoft® Windows® XP or Vista, for Linux or for Macintosh OSX.

How long can I leave my session inactive before the session closes?

The session will be automatically deactivated after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  • During registration for the Online appointment scheduling service (Activity 2), you must complete Step 6 – Verification of data provided in order for your data to be saved.
  • Your session is considered inactive if you stop all action in the application (data entry, opening other headings or sections) without closing the browser window(s). Note that simply moving the mouse is not sufficient to keeping a session active; you must at least click the "Next" button.

How can I print if my browser blocks advertising or pop-up windows?

If your browser informs you that these types of windows are blocked, you must authorize their display.

  • Depending on your browser, you may have to click the information bar at the top of the page and choose between:
    • "Temporarily allow pop-ups from this site";
    • "Always allow pop-ups from this site".
  • You must select one of these options in order to be able to print.
