Submitting a request for a comparative evaluationDo you really require a comparative evaluation?An Évaluation comparative des études effectuées hors du Québec (comparative evaluation for studies done outside Québec) is not always required in order to work or study in Québec. Before submitting a request, first check to see if the employer, professional order or teaching institution requires this document. However, you do require this document to apply for a teaching permit in Québec or to apply for a position in the public service at the municipal, provincial or federal level. You must also include payment of the required fees according to accepted payment methods. Where to submit your requestIn Montréal Outside MontréalIf you reside outside Montréal, you may mail your application to the Direction du courrier, de l’encaissement et de l’évaluation comparative or the Direction régionale located near your place of residence, or submit your request in person to the Direction régionale located near your place of residence.
Outside QuébecIf you live outside Québec, you must send your request by mail to the Direction du courrier, de l'encaissement et de l'évaluation comparative. Mailing of documentsThe MICC prefers that you enclose certified true copies with your request. However, if you decide to submit original documents, to make sure that they arrive safely, we recommend that you send them by registered mail. After being examined, your original documents will be returned to you in the same manner. |
